User Avatar

User Levels for the server

Arkham Asylum collects and processes Data to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the features of Arkham Asylum

Customize the user experience based on server interactions

Improve Arkham Asylum through ongoing feature updates and bug fixes

Administer commands, moderation actions, and levels in Discord servers

3. Access to Data

Access to your Data is restricted to Arkham Asylum's development team. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Data to third parties.

Authorized personnel may access your Data only for:

Testing new features and resolving bugs

Responding to user queries and troubleshooting technical issues

Moderation actions, such as tracking warnings and bans

4. Storage and Security of Data

Data is stored securely in a database that is protected against unauthorized access using advanced encryption methods.

Retention of Data: Arkham Asylum retains Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, all logs, etc. are removed after 72 hours.

Data Deletion: You may delete your Data at any time by logging in and navigating to My Account and clicking the Delete My Personal Data button.

Arkham Asylum does not share your Data with any third parties unless required by law or legal processes. We will never sell or provide your Data to advertisers or third-party companies for marketing purposes.
